I bought this in Towson at Gordon Miller Music in the 1970s. I can't really remember the thinking behind it but I've used it as a practice amp ever since. It was even beefy enough to use as a rehearsal amp with Piece by Piece; it was a relief to have an alternative to lugging my Vibrolux up and down Vince's stairs. Designed as a studio amp, it had a direct out which I have never used, switchable overdrive channel (I built my own pedal), and reverb.
I understand Gordon Miller Music folded in the 1990s after a Guitar Center moved in across the street. That was a sad loss for Towson.
