This is the captain's quarters in the Balclutha, quite a bit more luxurious than the rest of the ship. The captain's wife often sailed him, and gave birth to a daughter on the ship. IMG_4396 captain's quarters.JPG (4.24 MB) |

While we were touring the ship, a group of children were working in an overnight-stay program, where they come and work on the ship just like the real crew used to.
