While working in Reston in 2005, I had put some guitar magnets that Rabab had given me on my filing cabinets. While doing rounds, one of the security guards popped in and asked if I played. John was a retired D.C. firefighter and also played. He was more of a recreational player, never had played out. We had many conversations, and then he mentioned he had a PRS he was trying to sell. I wasn't really thinking about getting a PRS but he offered to let me take it home to check it out. After playing it over a weekend, I decided I really liked the tone and the feel, and decided to take it off his hands.
