To copy or save the photo as shown on the screen, right-click the photo and select "Copy" or "Save Picture As".
Click on the name of the file (or the photo itself) to see the high-resolution version. To download the high-resolution
version of a photo or a file, right-click the photo or icon and select "Save Target As..." .
